Cidre
2020/10/23 I figured D2 with Golden Delicious would be finished fermenting now. Mp more bubbles. I was however unable to determine any alcohol content whatsoever, with either of my two meteres. Tastewise it's a little sour, quite pleasant actually, but I'm going to add 5g of Distilamax yeast.
2020/10/25 Vat D7 with the Boskoop was slow to start fermenting, but it's now going really well. Interesting. Adding Distilamax yeast to D2 made no immediate difference.
2020/10/28 Have racked D2, I have also seen bubbles so maybe the yeast did make a difference. Am now also adding 5g Distilamax to D1. With the syphons I have, there is about 1-2litres left in a 30litre vat -
