2022/08/11 I went out to have a look at the trees at both Freitag and Bentzelheim.

• Freitag
  • moschtbire, maybe 4-5-6 trees
  • golden delicious, really just one tree,
  • zwetschgen, one tree, but no fruit.

• Bentzelheim
  • berner rose, one tree, already a lot on the ground
  • belle de boskoop, two and a half trees, already a lot on the ground
  • schneider, maybe two trees

2022/09/05 Harvest started. 2 crates of Boskoop, approx 50kg. 2022/09/08 2 more crates of Boskoop, approx 50kg. 2022/09/09 Pressed all four, approx 40litres, gave Nicole 3 bottles. The trester went into vat Cx, plus 16 litres of water.
