2021/09/08 The grapes had started dropping by themselves, so I decided to harvest. Total yield 14 kilos. Many were quite small, I may not have been sufficiently strict in my cutting back of the clusters.
2021/09/11 As I don't have a small Obstmühle, I decided to just press the grapes, then mix the juice back in later. The juice was about 48° Oeschle. It filled up about half a vat. I added some yeast, done. 2021/09/16 They are only bubbling very slowly, so I decided to give the mash a whirl with the paint stirrer. Dunno if it added much.
