2020/09/11 I have started processing the first apples. Aksel and I carted back 4 crates worth, maybe 60-70kg. Approx 16/crate, to be able to stack them.
2020/09/14 Vat#1 (first one from the left) is full, already bubbling. 16kg of left-over from jostabeer, topped up with apple. I used the recommended 40g of yeast for a hektoliter, dissolved in water at 35-40C. Worked really well.
